EPIC: Guided Booth Tour and Career Booth

The European Photonics Industry Consortium (EPIC) will once again put the spotlight on the next generation of photonics professionals at ECOC 2026, taking place in Málaga this September. As part of its ongoing commitment to connecting young talent with industry opportunities, EPIC is organising two flagship activities during the exhibition: a Guided Booth Tour for Young Talent and the EPIC & ECOC Career Booth.

These activities are designed to open a direct line between the next generation of photonics talent and the companies shaping the industry’s future, and ECOC is one of the best environments to make that connection.

Both activities are free to attend and open to students, recent graduates, and young professionals interested in exploring career opportunities in the photonics sector.
