Verified Press can apply for a Press Pass for ECOC Exhibition 2026. Please complete the form on the link below to request a press pass. Please note, this is a pre-registration process and your details will be reviewed before a press pass is issued. If approved, you will receive confirmation via email with full details.

Press Office
The ‘official home of media’ at ECOC 2026 will provide extensive facilities for media representatives to work, interview (and relax). If you want to gain maximum exposure for your company, it is essential that you furnish this room with your important announcements and leave journalists invitations to your functions.
The Press Office is co-located with the Exhibitor Lounge and can be found in Pavillion 2, close to the food outlets.
Staff will be on hand to distribute your information and brief journalists, so make sure you meet them early and keep them up to date with events planned for ECOC 2026.
The press room is not available to book for private meetings and availability will be on a first come, first served basis.
The press office will have high speed internet access with ethernet cables and there is Wi-Fi access at the venue. However, with the high volume of visitors expected to use the system, it may be slow at times. The Wi-Fi will be suitable for checking emails but may not be sufficient for downloading files or prolonged use. Tea/ coffee and water will be provided in the press office.
SHARE YOUR NEWS
The Visitor Newsletter is emailed to all potential and previous attendees to ECOC between March and September and so it is a great opportunity to promote your company news, booth plans, live demonstrations and products directly to those who be at the event in September. Submit your news for the next issue of the newsletter via email to Michelle.Dampier@nexusmediaevents.com. News story specifications:
- 100 words maximum (no company profiles please)
- Short title for the news story
- 1 image of your product (no company logos please)
- URL link to further information

The ECOC media contact list will be sent regular updates about the event. If you want media coverage for any special events, exclusive announcements or entertainment please email the marketing team.
