What happens after I register?

Once you have registered you will receive an email confirmation, then closer to the event you will receive a username to access the timetable for the live event and you can start planning your time.


What will my pass include?

Your visitor pass to ECOC Exhibition will include:

  • Full access to the virtual exhibition hall and exhibitor booths – including exhibitor profiles, meeting rooms, documents and videos
  • Market Focus sessions – both live and pre-recorded
  • Product demonstrations in our new Product Focus virtual theatre
  • Industry Awards ceremony
  • One-to-one online networking opportunities with other registered visitors and exhibitors
  • Visitors will also have access to recorded presentations, slides, and other post-event resources.


How will ECOC Exhibition work as a virtual event?


When will the ECOC Exhibition take place?

The live event will take place from 7th to 9th December 2020.


Where will ECOC Exhibition be hosted?

The event will be hosted on our website and can be accessed via PC, tablet or mobile.


How do I create my attendee profile?

When you first log in you will be able to complete your profile and you will be able to make changes at any time.  Please note that the information supplied will be used by our matchmaking software to find relevant exhibitors that may be of interest to you.


What will happen on the online event days?

One week before the event, you will be invited to view the timetable for the three days. This will allow you enough time to create your own schedule and choose which sessions you would like to attend.

All live sessions will be highlighted so you don’t miss them. You can watch the on-demand sessions at a time that suits you.

Even if you miss a live session, all of our content will be available for 6 weeks after the event so there will be plenty of time to catch up with anything you missed.


Will the sessions be live?

There will be a mixture of on-demand and live content available so the global community can join, whatever your time zone.


How will online networking work?

Once you have created your profile, you will be able to connect with other virtual visitors and our matchmaking system will suggest exhibitors that may be of interest to you.

You will also be able to view a full list of all visitors attending which can be searched alphabetically, by name, job title or company.


What languages will the sessions be available in?

All sessions and content will be in English.


Is this online event available to global businesses?

Yes, you can attend and view content from wherever you are in the world.


How can I keep track of the sessions, speakers and sponsors I want to see?

One week before the event, you will be invited to view the timetable for the three days. This will allow you enough time to create your own schedule and pick and choose which sessions you would like to attend.

Sponsor and exhibitor profiles are also available for you to read more about the services they offer, the sessions they are involved in, view any of their content and information they are sharing.


Can I set a reminder for the sessions I want to attend?

Yes. Using our scheduling tool you will be able to add sessions to your calendar and create reminders.


Can I ask questions during the sessions?

During the live Market Focus sessions there will be a Q&A feature available within the webinar platform, the sessions will be moderated so you will be able to submit your questions to the speaker at the end of each live session.


Will sessions be available after the event dates?

All of our content will be available for 6 weeks after the event so there will be plenty of time to catch up with anything you missed.


How will the online exhibition work?

The virtual exhibition hall will work in a similar way to the physical exhibition. You will be able to browse the hall and visit virtual booths and view an exhibitor’s profile to find out about the services they offer, view product videos and other content, as well as request a meeting or live chat.

You will be able to search for an exhibiting company alphabetically, by company name or stand number, or you can search for exhibitors within a specific market sector or by product type.
