Register your virtual booth staff (max 5 contacts)
To register virtual staff for your booth, visit: https://bookings.ecocexhibition.com/exhibitoradmin/badges and log in with your credentials.
Virtual Exhibitors (virtual booth staff) are limited to five contacts. Virtual Exhibitors can access the Booth Cockpit, reply to messages as well as schedule and hold meetings via video chat.
You are able to amend and update your five contacts at any time if you wish to change your Virtual Booth Staff.
Please ensure all contacts are registered using individual and unique email addresses. Any duplicate email addresses will result in incorrect badge codes and problems accessing the virtual event platform.
How to book your stand
2022 exhibitors have a virtual booth included as part of their involvement at the physical event. To select your booth and start adding content simply follow the Select and Build your booth steps below
If you would like to book a virtual booth package:
1. Use your credentials to login at bookings.ecocexhibition.com and click on the “Virtual Booth” on the main navigation bar
(Please note, only the main contact on your account will be able to log in and access the Virtual Booth options. If you have forgotten your log in details please contact us on support@nexusmediaevents.com)
2. Click “Select Booth”
3. Select the package you would like by clicking on the radio button options below the images and click “Continue”.
4. Complete the Virtual Contract and click “Sign and Pay”.
5. Once your booking is confirmed please follow the steps below.
Virtual Booth Options
Standard Virtual Booth – £2,800
A choice of three standard virtual booth designs with clickable hotspots for posters, videos and logos. Virtual booths can be customised with your corporate colours and branding.
Premium Booth with Speaking Slot – £4,800
A choice of six virtual booth designs (three standard and three premium) with clickable hotspots for posters, videos and logos. Virtual booths can be customised with your corporate colours and branding.
Also includes:
- One 30 minute speaking slot within the Product Focus theatre – this can be supplied as a pre-recorded video.

Premium Booth with Sponsorship – £5,800
A choice of six virtual booth designs (three standard and three premium) with clickable hotspots for posters, videos and logos. Virtual booths can be customised with your corporate colours and branding.
Also Includes:
- Your company logo will appear across the main pages of the event website (excluding individual booth pages)
- A banner on the header of the main pages of the event website (shared rotation)
- A sponsored banner will feature in the listings (visitor, exhibitor or market sectors pages)
(Optional add-on: 30 minute speaking slot within the Product Focus theatre at reduced rate of £500 -regular price £1750)
Specifications for a pre-recorded Product Focus video
- Please either present via a PowerPoint slideshow with attached audio, a recorded Zoom/Teams video presentation or in an alternative recording format of your choice.
- Videos should be filmed in landscape and supplied as a mp4 file where possible.
- Video files can be sent to us via We Transfer or via web link.
- Maximum video length is 30 minutes.
- Deadline for video file: 7th October 2022
How to select and build your booth
To select your booth and start adding content:
1. Use your credentials to login at bookings.ecocexhibition.com and click on the “Virtual Booth” on the main navigation bar, and “Select Booth”
(Please note, only the main contact on your account will be able to log in and access the Virtual Booth options. If you have forgotten your log in details please contact us on support@nexusmediaevents.com)
2. Select one of the booth layouts that suits your requirements. Please note you can change your booth design at any time but any content already uploaded will not be carried across to the new selection.
3. Click “Select & Continue” and you will be directed to “Manage Booth” where you can now customize your booth and upload content.
