Speaker Information for Market Focus and Product Focus at ECOC Exhibition 2026

Speakers and panel presenters
Both the Market Focus theatre and the Product Focus theatre are located in the exhibition halls
Checklist for speakers:
Registration: Please ensure you are registered for a free exhibition visitor badge: Register online here.
On the day:
- Please arrive at the relevant theatre in the Exhibition Hall at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Your presentation should include time for questions. Time will be monitored carefully to ensure the timetable runs to schedule.
- Your slides can be sent to us in advance (please email: catherine.williams@nexusmediaevents.com) or you can bring them to the Organisers Office, or to the technical team at the relevant theatre on the day, on a USB. There will be a technical team on hand for any queries.
Presenter Guidelines:
- Please feel free to use your own company template for your slides.
- Save your PowerPoint file to a USB stick or email a copy to us in advance. This helps avoid last-minute file transfers and ensures your presentation is ready to go.
- If your presentation uses fonts not included in the standard PowerPoint pack, please embed them directly in your presentation.
- Device & Software Compatibility – Please ensure your presentation is created in or compatible with Microsoft Powerpoint. Mac Users ensure you converting Keynote files to PowerPoint.
- Embedded Videos – If your presentation includes videos (e.g., YouTube or local files), please ensure they are embedded properly and tested beforehand. Internet access will be available, but offline backups are recommended.
