Yokogawa Test&Measurement now offers a comprehensive lineup of 3 optical spectrum analysers (OSAs) – from characterising components like optical transceivers, amplifiers and lasers for optical communications, to testing them during and after their production.
The lineup includes the AQ6370E, AQ6380 and AQ6361, with new products to be added soon.
The AQ6370E all-round OSA offers a wavelength range of 600-1700 nm, and the AQ6380 High-Performance OSA from 1200-1650 nm. The excellent optical wavelength resolution, accuracy and close-in dynamic range specifications of the AQ6380 OSA allow proximity optical signals to be clearly separated and precisely measured.
The Yokogawa AQ6361 OSA is a high-performance and fast benchtop OSA. Due to the space efficiency the AQ6361 contributes to space optimization by reducing the volume used in complex production lines and chip testers. With a selection of wavelength range 700-1700 or 1200-1700 nm, designed for the production testing and inspecting of telecom components.
