Preciso+ meets this need by integrating the standard epoxy processes with multiple soldering ones—including laser soldering, laser welding and more—into a single, versatile active alignment platform. Customers can selectively choose the technologies that best fit their application, thanks to the platform’s fully modular multi technology architecture. All processes can be developed and validated at VISIOROBOTICS’ ISO6 cleanroom facility, equipped with a state-of-the-art photonics backend line.
