Santec has acquired Moglabs, an Australian innovator specializing in tunable diode lasers and spectroscopy instruments. Moglabs’ products are primarily used by researchers in quantum computing and related fields.

Effective July 1, 2025, this acquisition complements Santec’s existing line of tunable laser products and strengthens its capabilities in quantum computing, sensing, and precision measurement applications.

Moglabs’ products will now be available through Santec’s global sales network, offering customers enhanced local sales and technical support. This collaboration will also enable Moglabs to expand its global reach and better serve OEM customers with volume production needs.

As a pioneer in optical technologies, Santec believes this acquisition will accelerate the adoption of cutting-edge photonic technologies in these rapidly evolving industries.
