Emtelle’s QWKlink is a revolutionary pre-connectorised drop cable small enough to store any excess cable into a two-inch square box.

QWKlink is pre-connectorised during manufacture with a ferrule blown into a microduct with a minimum diameter of 3.5mm, then built up after installation, often within seconds. The pre-connectorised fibre bundles can be blown from 25m up to 500m in new and existing blown fibre networks.

These allow for fibre connectors on both ends, eliminating the need to splice fibres for FTTx drop applications – majorly simplifying the installation process, and reducing the overall cost of, and manpower needed for, network deployment.
