OIF has achieved a significant milestone by organizing its largest-ever multi-vendor interoperability demonstration at ECOC 2023. The demo will feature 39 companies, collectively accelerating the implementation of next-generation capabilities. They will emphasize advancements in four key technology domains: 400ZR+ optics, Co-Packaging solutions, Common Electrical I/O (CEI) channels (including CEI-112G and CEI-224G), and Common Management Interface Specification (CMIS) implementations. These live and static interoperability demonstrations, showcasing the consortium’s commitment to fostering industry progress, will take place in OIF’s booth #304. OIF’s will also celebrate of 25 years dedicated to driving innovation within the optical networking sector at the event.
