Today NewPhotonics officially launched the NPC50506 6.4T optical engine, the first and only heterogeneous laser integrated NPO chipset available for data center scale-out interconnect. The company will showcase the high-density, low power solution at ECOC stand #2009. The NPC50506 is a finalist for the 2026 ECOC Most Innovative Optical Component award and is featured in a Product Focus Theater talk by Alon Sella on Tuesday, Sept 22 at 14:05 pm. NewPhotonics will also showcase the NPG102 PIC series for 1.6T FRO/LRO/LPO, a 448G 3.2T OSFP solution, and heaterless CPO technology in their combo demo/meeting area in Malaga.
