As speeds increase to 800G and above, so does sensitivity to disruption. Stressed Input Tolerance Testing (SITOL) is a new testing methodology – devised by MultiLane in anticipation of the need to account for these disruptions – which incorporates incorporating Jitter, Interference, Power Integrity, and margin stress testing under one holistic validation cycle.
