Sicoya will demonstrate 400G/lane PIC and 1.6T DR8 TRX PIC with Stacked TIA at ECOC 2026.
400G/lane PIC features ≥85GHz EO bandwidth modulator with monolithically integrated Ge PDs and phase shifter, supporting 2km application at 1311nm over four channels.
The 1.6T DR8 TRX PIC employs Chip-on-Wafer (CoW) stacked TIA to achieve minimal electrical interconnect length, thereby reducing parasitics and improving signal integrity.
