Integrated in a compact 14-pin butterfly package with fiber coupling, TEC, thermistor, and monitor photodiode, these devices provide up to 10 mW ex-fiber output. They ensure single-mode, mode-hop-free operation with a SMSR of 45 dB. Optimized for an operating range of 20-35 °C, our DFBs deliver robust stability and long-term reliability, making them ideally suited for precision sensing and scientific applications.
