WaveLogic™ 6 Nano (WL6n) 1.6T Coherent-Lite pluggable is the first 2x800LR offering that brings 1.6T coherent technology to campus and data center applications. The 3nm coherent ASIC used in WL6n enables the 1.6T pluggable through support of 1.6TbE client support, 224G SerDes electrical lanes, and dual 800LR data paths within a single DSP chip.  WL6n 1.6 T Coherent-Lite is purpose-built for shorter reach applications, like campus networks (up to 20km) and data center fabrics (2km). Compared to IMDD equivalent offerings for the same applications, 1.6T Coherent-Lite delivers a higher loss budget at comparable power and latency, mitigates for crosstalk, and scales seamlessly with WDM.
