FASTER SPECTRAL RESPONSIVITY WITH KEYSIGHT’S LAMBDA SCAN SUPPORT OF PXI-SMU
Stand 101
22nd July 2022
Measurement of optical-to-electrical responsivity vs. wavelength, optionally, with polarization dependence, is now up to 10x faster. This optimization is thanks to Keysight’s M9614A, M9615A, or M9601A PXI-SMU to measure photocurrent, synchronized with the N77-C tunable laser and polarization synthesizer by the Lambda Scan software. Typical applications are testing receiver optical subassemblies (ROSA) and photonic integrated circuits (PIC) with integrated photodiodes, mainly including wavelength demultiplexers, for CWDM4 and other multichannel use cases.
