Access to live event 

Attendees will be able to access the live event from 10:00 (CET) and the presentations begin from 12:00 (CET).

Exhibitors access to the live event – information will be sent out later this week.

Email replies

Please note that the team are extremely busy preparing for the virtual event and we are receiving a high volume of email queries at this time, so you may experience a delay of 24-48 hours before receiving a reply to your message. We are working through all emails as quickly as we can.

Thank you to all of our exhibitors for your patience as we build and launch the new virtual platform for ECOC Exhibition 2020 Online.

All exhibitors should have received an email informing you of your booth allocation along with the Exhibitor Manual which will give you step by step instructions for the booth builder, as well as dimensions for the materials you will need to customise your booth. We understand this is a new process to all so please email a member of the team should you have any queries.

Before the event opens on 7th December please can we ask that you update and complete the following as soon as possible:

  • Register your exhibition staff

Visit https://nexus.circdata-solutions.co.uk/FusionExhibit/ECOC20/login to register your staff associated with your stand. Please ensure that each member of staff is registered using a separate email address to enable them to create and manage their own profile.

Please note: Exhibitor registration will close on 27th November so it is important that all booth staff are registered before this date to ensure access to the virtual event and the booth.

  • Update your company profile

If you have not already done so, please check and update your company profile). The information provided will be included in the Exhibitor A-Z both in the event show guide and the virtual exhibitor listings and will enable attendees to find you easily.

The deadline for any changes is Friday 20th November. Any changes made after this date will not appear in the show guide or online.

Log in at https://bookings.ecocexhibition.com/user to view your profile in your ECOC account. After logging in head to “My account” click on “My profile” and scroll down the page until you come to “Profile“. You can submit up to 60 words (free of charge) and then click on “save”; these details will then automatically go onto the website (please note: the system will not accept more than 60 words)

  • Complete your market sectors  

It is very important that you select the Market Sectors relevant to your company, these are listed just above “Profile” for you to complete. You will be able to choose a maximum of five and these will enable attendees to find the most relevant exhibitors to them.

  • Check your company details

Please take time to check that your company name and address details under “Main Exhibitor details” are correct as this information will appear in the show guide and on the website.
