We have secured a number of meeting rooms at this year’s venue, available for you to book to hold private meetings or presentations. As well as purpose-built rooms situated on the balcony above the exhibition hall, suitable for up to 10 people, we have a number of larger meeting rooms within the venue available for hire.

Located in the Dodder Suites, the venue meeting rooms are perfect for slightly larger meetings or presentations and two of these rooms also have a much larger capacity of up to 100 people (seated theatre style), ideal for seminar-style presentations to larger audiences.

With all our meeting rooms selling out months before the event in 2018 and 2017, and with only a limited number of rooms available, we recommend booking your meeting space as soon as possible.
