We would like to thank you for your support as we move towards our first virtual exhibition and we are excited to now share the first look at our virtual event platform.
We have spent a lot of time researching a range of online event platforms to make sure our event continues to support the key elements of the ECOC Exhibition – networking, learning and business, which is why we have decided to build our own custom-made event platform.
This means we can continue to build on and develop elements of the virtual exhibition to carry forward into the future, providing you with an even wider range of opportunities to network and do business.
The welcome dashboard features preview lists of exhibitors and attendees, as well as the sessions on offer.
Add reminders and create your own schedule
Make sure you don’t miss any of the sessions you plan to attend, use the scheduling tool to bookmark Market Focus sessions, training, demonstrations and meetings, and add these to your calendar.
Virtual exhibition hall
You will be able to browse the hall and visit virtual booths and view an exhibitor’s profile to find out about the services they offer, view product videos and other content, as well as request a meeting or live chat.
Connect with exhibitors and other attendees
Once you have created your profile, you will be able to connect with other virtual visitors and our matchmaking system will suggest exhibitors that may be of interest. You will also be able to view a full list of all visitors attending which can be searched alphabetically, by name, job title or company.
