Exhibitors: Manage your time slots
Your meeting availability and requests can all be managed via My Account at ecocexhibition.com. Once logged in please click on Services & Badges, then click Add Exhibitor Badges, this will open Fusion Exhibit where you will be able to manage your meeting times in the Meet Up tab. Please refer to the section below to access and manage your time slots.
Managing your time slots
Timeslots are available from 10:00am to 3:30pm on each show day, in 15-minute intervals. If you’re unavailable during certain times, please select the appropriate show day from the dropdown menu, then click the red cross (‘Deactivate’) next to the relevant slot. This will block that time slot and prevent meetings from being booked via the app.
If your availability changes after a slot has already been left open, you can decline any meeting requests directly in the Fusion mobile app, and then log back into Fusion Exhibit to deactivate the slot if needed.
Please note: Once a time slot has been deactivated, it cannot be reactivated. However, you can add a new time slot at the top of the page. Simply select the show day, choose a start and end time, and enter the number of slots available. The number of slots determines how many people can book into that time – for example, if you’d like to allow multiple attendees in the same slot. Then click ‘Submit’
Please note: Meetings can be viewed in the ‘Meetings’ section of Fusion Exhibit, but can only be accepted or declined via the Fusion mobile app.

Receiving, accepting and declining meeting requests
Everyone registered for an exhibitor badge under your company account will receive notifications of meeting requests on the app.
If a colleague accepts or rejects a meeting, the meeting will show as accepted or rejected on your app too.
Meeting requests can only be sent to a company and not to an individual.
We recommend one person in your team manages all meeting requests.
You can select to have more than one meeting slot per time bracket if you wish to enable multiple meeting requests for the same time period.
Meeting requests will be visible in the Meet Up section on Fusion Exhibit, and also in the Meet Up tab on the app. Notifications will be sent to your phone via the app and an email will be sent to the contacts registered under your company.
Using Meet Up, you can view accept, decline or cancel meeting requests. You can also view the message sent with the request, and send a note with your reply. There is no option to send a message when cancelling a meeting and there is no chat function other than when sending or responding to a meeting request.
Using Meet Up on Fusion Exhibit you can download your meeting requests.
Opting out of meeting requests
If you do not wish to use the app to manage your meetings and would like to remove the Meeting Request feature from your company profile on the app, simply deactivate the timeslots listed and the Arrange Meeting option will be removed.
Any queries relating to the app, please contact support@nexusmediaevents.com
