If you are planning to share your stand with one or more companies, you should enter the information here. This ensures that the details displayed in the Exhibition Directory include the sharing exhibitor.

To start the process click 'Add New Sharing Exhibitor'. You will be taken to a page where you can enter details about the exhibitor who is sharing your stand, similar to the way you entered details about your own company. When you have entered the details click 'Create Exhibitor' and you will be returned to the Stand Share Management page. This time you will see the name of the sharing exhibitor is displayed along with tick boxes for each of your stands. Tick the boxes to assign the sharing exhibitor to one or more of your stands and then click 'Save Changes'. If you like you can also delete a sharing exhibitor completely by clicking 'Delete this sharing exhibitor'. At any point you can make changes to a sharing exhibitor's profile by clicking on their name and making the changes on the Edit Profile page.

The sharing exhibitors you have set up will now have their own listing in the ECOC directory, but will also be cross-reference against your entry.
