This tool allows you to specify a list of standholders who will be looking after each of your stands at the exhibition. This information will then be listed alongside your entry in the Exhibition Directory. You can also (optionally) take advantage of our unique Appointments Service, which will provide each of your standholders with an online appointment diary for the duration of the exhibition. Visitors to the website can then request a meeting with key members of your staff. The Appointments Service will even ensure that none of your appointments clash! On entering the Stand Personnel Management system you will see a list of the stands which you have confirmed. Click on a stand number to view the stand personnel assigned to a stand. If you wish to add a new standholder click 'Add Standholder to Stand x'. You must then complete a short form to enter the stand personnel details into the database. Please note that if you wish a standholder to make use of the Appointments Service you must enter an email address or a mobile number and that person must have access to the world wide web. When the form is complete click 'Submit Standholder Details' You will be returned to page showing all standholders on the stand. |
