Email Option

You must enter the email addresses of the clients you wish to invite individually. Enter the first email address into the email box and click 'Add recipient entered above to recipient list'. You will see that the email address is transferred to the text box below. You can repeat this and add as many email addresses as you like. If you wish you can also delete an email address from the text box by clicking it to highlight and then clicking 'Remove recipient selected below from recipient list'.

When you have completed your recipient list enter your message into the message box.

If you wish to preview the invitation click 'Preview Invitation'.

When you are ready to send the invitations click 'Send Invitation' and the messages will be sent shortly.

Personalised ECOC Invitations

This tool allows you to send out a number of personalised email or SMS invitations to your clients. Choose from a range of graphical email templates - the service is completely free of charge!

From the Exhibitor Tools page click on 'Personalised ECOC Invitations'.

Choose the type of invitation you wish to send. You can choose from 4 different graphical emails (look great, but you can't guarantee that they will be viewable on all email clients), plain text email (viewable on all email clients), or sms (for mobile phones). If you wish you can see a screenshot of how the graphical emails will appear by clicking 'View Screenshot'.

SMS Option

You must enter the mobile numbers of the clients you wish to invite individually. Enter the first mobile number into the mobile number box and click 'Add recipient entered above to recipient list'. You will see that the mobile number is transferred to the text box below. You can repeat this and add as many mobile numbers as you like. If you wish you can also delete a mobile number from the text box by clicking it to highlight and then clicking 'Remove recipient selected below from recipient list'.

When you have completed your recipient list enter your message into the message box.

If you wish to preview the invitation click 'Preview SMS Invite'.

When you are ready to send the invitations click 'Send SMS Invite' and the messages will be sent shortly.
