Forms Status Page

You should keep a regular eye on this tool as it provides an overview of the various forms we ask you to complete prior to the Exhibition. Many of the forms can be completed online, while others should be printed out and returned by standard mail. For your convenience, we will also send email or SMS reminders to your key contact person (as specified in your profile) when the deadline for completing a particular form is approaching.

Each form is listed on the left hand side of the page, together with information about which stand and exhibitor it applies to (you may have more than one stand, or be sharing your stands with other exhibitors).

The next column defines whether or not a form is mandatory (i.e. must be completed in order to ensure your successful attendance at ECOC 2005).

The 'Complete By' column defines the date on which a form is due.

The 'Status' column shows you whether a form has been completed and whether or not is due or overdue.

The ‘Completed’ column allows you to indicate if you have completed a form. If a form is an online form this box will be monitored by the ECOC event management system and will only be checked if you have completed the form online. If a form is a third party form then you must check the box yourself. Keeping this up-to-date will help you to manage your event and ensure that you don't miss out on essential services at the show.

The 'Remind Me' column allows you to specify whether or not you would like to be reminded when a form becomes due (by email or sms depending on the preference you specified when creating your exhibitor profile). You can only opt to turn off reminders for non-mandatory forms.
