Reserving a Stand

If the stand you are interested in is available, you are free to place it in your Basket and continue with the booking process. Simply click on the stand to zoom in and press the 'Add to Basket' button on the Info Panel. If the stand you are interested in has been reserved by another exhibitor you are welcome to join the waiting list (once an exhibitor has reserved a stand, the company has a set period of time - usually seven days - in which to confirm the booking otherwise the stand is automatically offered to the first exhibitor in the waiting list). Again, simply zoom in and press the Add to Basket button to join the waiting list. You will be automatically notified if the stand becomes available.

If required, you can add several stands to your basket. The total price of all the stands in your basket is shown beneath the basket to the right of the window. When you have finished selecting stands, click 'Proceed to Reservations' to continue the

booking process. You can always return to the Floorplan and select additional stands at a later date if you wish.
