The Conference organising secretariat offers a hotel reservation service at preferential rates in selected hotels at a convenient distance from the conference venue or in the city centre. The rates are quoted in Euro, per room/per night including breakfast and all taxes. Hotel bookings can only be guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit payment required per room.  Please choose your preferred arrival and departure date as well as your preferred hotel category. If the hotel category requested is no longer available, Stilema will do its utmost to offer similar accommodation. This may, however involve a change in price category.

As soon the organising secretariat has received your deposit, a letter of confirmation will be-mailed. It will confirm the name of your hotel, the room rate per night and the duration of the stay.

The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice.  Please note that, in case of early departure, the hotel is entitled to charge all nights booked.

The balance between the deposit and your total invoice must be settled directly with the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellation received between June 15^th, 2010 an administrative fee of EUR 30,00 will be charged. For cancellations received after June 15^th, 2010 deposit payment shall be forfeited.

Only written cancellation via e-mail to segreteria@stilema-to.it will be accepted.

 All approved refunds will be made after the conference.
